What is Integrated EFTPOS?
Integrated EFTPOS (Electronic Funds Transfer at Point of Sale) refers to payments that electronically integrate with a merchant’s Point of Sale (POS) system. Integrated EFTPOS transactions can be paid via debit/credit cards, mobile payments and contactless payments (Tap-n-Go).

How does Pago connect with different POS providers?
To integrate with one of our POS partners, your Pago EFTPOS device will need to be set up in ‘Integrated Mode’. With a user friendly interface and easy to follow POS user manuals available, our team will help you set up your Pago EFTPOS terminal(s) so that it seamlessly integrates with your chosen POS provider.

If you need help setting up your Pago EFTPOS terminal(s) with POS integration, we can arrange for one of our locally based Field Technicians or your Account Manager to assist you. If you happen to have a POS related EFTPOS issue after your initial Pago installation, you may need to contact your POS provider’s support team for assistance. Otherwise, Pago’s support team is available 24/7 to provide assistance.
