We have 16 warehouses and dedicated field technicians all over Australia to ensure that your Pago EFTPOS device is working at fast speeds, has reliable connectivity and that its features operate with ease – just how you need it. If an issue is too hard to fix via a phone call, our field technicians will be there in person to support you when you need it most – providing you with face to face customer assistance. On request, we can have your Pago EFTPOS terminals installed by one of our field technicians, so that you can focus on the more important aspects of your business.
