Other Conditions

1. The Promotion is available to Australian residents who comply with these Terms and Conditions. Employees of Next Payments, any company associated with Next Payments and the employee’s immediate families are ineligible to claim this Promotion.
2. Use with other offers: This Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other Next Promotion, Offer or Discount.
3. Verification: Next reserves the right to verify the validity of all Registrants and reserves the right to disqualify any individual Registrant for tampering with the claim process. Next will verify the Registrant against those that are ineligible, incomplete or will be considered void. Next has adopted a document-based safe harbor customer verification procedure which requires Registrants to provide the required business and personal verification information to be reviewed by a Compliance Officer and additional verification through our AML/KYC partners. Further, all Applications are subjected to a check against the databases/lists provided by Governments and utilised by third parties to identify potential matches for PEPs. Should a match occur against a sanctions list or the Registrant is deemed as a foreign PEP, then enhanced customer due diligence procedures will be undertaken.
4. Successful Registrants of this promotion will be notified by their designated Account Manager
5. Privacy: Next collects Registrants’ personal information to conduct the Promotion. All personal details are kept in accordance with Next’s Privacy Policy.
6. Receipt of claims
7. Not transferable: This Promotion, unless stated to the contrary, is not transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
8. Australian Consumer Law: These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
9. Tampering: Next reserves the right to disqualify any individual Registrants for tampering with the claim process. Tampering includes but is not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to make multiple applications that are not associated with a separate eligible registrant or submitting a claim which is not otherwise in accordance with these terms.
10. Technical Malfunction: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of Next which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, Next reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the Promotion.
11. General: Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this Promotion, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
